Job description
· Holds a diploma/degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
· Detailed working knowledge of use of cleaning agents and chemicals.
· Well developed Communication Skills and Customer Relation Skills.
· Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and Opera.
· Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels.
· Comprehensive knowledge of business needs financial reporting and productivity requirements.
· Minimum two to four years work experience as Assistant Housekeeping Manager.
· Preferable knowledge of Travel and Hotel industry.
