For one of our hotels - beautiful Andaz Prague - we are currently looking for Accounts Receivable.

You will work in Finance department with fair and friendly leader Gunay who knows loots about numbers and loves to share her wisdom.

What is your job description ? Well here you can see few things you should do as Accounts Receivable.

• Provides a summary to the accounting officer and the audit department for the preparation of monthly reports.
• Provides sales and marketing staff and department heads with the information they need to manage their customers.
• Processes all fees and credits to City Ledger on time.
• Ensures the accuracy of all fees and credits posted to each account.
• Maintains one up-to-date alphabetical set of open accounts for joint use by both receivables and the credit manager.
• Ensures that the room charges for travel agencies are in accordance with the contract.
• Prepares and submits to the CFO for review and signature all modifications to the city book that need to be made before they can be entered through the sales book, or before they are posted by the front office-cashier.
• Ensures the accuracy of all fees and credits posted to each account.
• Ensures that all documents related to the section, including office sales and lease agreements, group orders and amendments, are properly filed for use.

Qualifications :

What are we looking for?

·  Good knowledge of OPERA system
·  1 year of experience in similar position or perfect knowledge of OPERA
·  conversational or higher level of English
·  conversational or higher level of Czech
·  Basic knowledge of accounting processes
·  Good knowledge of Microsoft 335, especially Excel
