We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Trust Relationship Manager.
 
Principal responsibilities
Serving a portfolio of high net worth client relationships by reviewing client relationships and trust structures to identify new business opportunities      
Ensuring new and existing private trust cases are properly priced
Ensuring client satisfaction by providing exceptional client services to meet their needs
Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required
Works closely with other Bank Departments to maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators

Desired profile

Requirements
Degree holder in law, accounting, or business, preferably with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners qualification
Experience in charities related and nonprofit organizations is plus
Passionate individual with interest in social issues is advantage
Solid experience in client relationship management with legal, company secretary or tax professional exposure
Travelling is required on needed basis
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and detail-oriented
Good Communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
