We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
To review and negotiate Corporate Trust and Loan Agency (CTLA) product agreements.
To administrate CTLA transactions based on the terms and conditions set in the agreements.
To work with CTLA sales to formulate and structure the agency transaction
To ensure all transactions are in compliance with HSBC policies and relevant regulations
Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment, as required

Desired profile

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:Solid PRC legal backgroundAt least three years related legal or transaction management experiences in Banking or financial industryFamiliar with capital market transactions, e.g. syndication loans, M&As, securitizations, etc.
Able to work independently and under tough deadlineGood English language skillsGood team player and coordination skillsExperience in Transaction Management in Agency or Debt & Capital Market will be a plus
