We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in the role of Trade Middle Office Associate - Guarantee

Principal responsibilities

· Handle & Process Guarantee transactions as per Thai Laws & Bank Policy etc.
· Ensure processing Guarantee Transactions as per Department Service Level Agreement
· Provide Excellent service to every customers in term of transaction handling / technical guidance etc,
· MI & Reports : Ensure all local and regional reporting of GTRF BKH is completed in a timely and accurate manner in conjunction with BKH FIN, Customer Group, ASP GTRF and Bank of Thailand requirements.

Desired profile

Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree in any related field.
·  1-3 years experience in International Trade (Import & Export)
·  Good customer service minded communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Work well with under pressure.
·  Positive attitude towards teamwork.
·  Good command of spoken and written English.
·  PC literate including knowledge of Microsoft office.
