We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Data and Analytics
Business: GCIO COO
Principal responsibilities
• Oversight and Support of effective operations for aligned teams in core GCIO COO disciplines.
• Production of metrics and maintenance of programme risks and issues .
• Understand, manage and report on Direct Costs.
• Manage Accruals and Billing globally for various service types.
• Lead with implementing workforce strategy to support organizational goals and drive resource management operations to ensure successful execution of workforce plans.
• Ensure excellent quality of workforce data and alignment of data across relevant tools and systems.
• Lead with all Third-Party Engagement, SOWs and Contract, Cost Board Approvals, Invoices and PO's TPRM ensuring completion in a timely manner and managed accordingly.
• Manage and support Data Technology in portfolio delivery enablement as well as reporting of delivery.
Requirements
• Exposure to multiple global business and markets in HSBC.
• Self-driven, independent problem solver, good logical thinking and analytical thinking.
• Experience in large scale transformation.
• Track record of managing complex portfolio.
• Proven track record in Operational, Planning or Financial management role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skill, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high quality results under tight schedule and high pressure.
• Experience of working on a global scale (i.e. across time zone & geography and with remote teams).
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
• Positive, proactive and can-do attitude.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery; Excellent problem solving and User support skills
• Familiarity with key tools including Pioneer, Discover, GPDM, Clarity, HIBS, Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to understand big picture while roll up the sleeves to get things done.
• Ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
