We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

Business: IWPB Technology

Principal responsibilities

·  Ensuring availability of HK shift (8am-4pm)
·  Daily pickup support from US shift and handover support to India shift
·  Working with technical teams / application teams to ensure that root cause of incident is found and support from platform is provided for fix
·  Closely monitor alert from production and provide active support during HK shift
·  Closely monitor support requirement from alert channel to sit in and provide required support during HK shift
·  Summarize runbook for India shift handover for ongoing incident
·  Join global support team and provide ticket-based support
·  Work as release engineering to support regular production release (mainly EU region)

Requirements

·  Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to collaborate with different teams
·  Skilled in multi-tasking and self-managing a diverse workload
·  Experience of front-end development (html, JavaScript, etc.)
·  Experience of working in Agile and knowledge of DevOps
·  Good understanding of AWS cloud
·  Good understanding of CI/CD
·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·  Experience with Adobe Experience Manager software/solution will be an added advantage
