Operations Shared Services (OSS) drives operations' performance standards, service excellence, and consistency across the Group and our Global Service Centres (GSCs). This central team oversees areas such as business intelligence, cost management, reporting, billing and regulatory compliance. In addition, through its GSC Capabilities team, they are responsible for enterprise-wide workforce management, location strategy, future skills, and group common services (AI, automation, and other strategic initiatives).

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Officer, MPF Administration (9 months fixed term contract).

Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will

·  Handle physical document submitted from the customers with a strict timeline at office and work overtime might be required during peak period
·  Dispatch benefit payment to the customers within regulatory timeline at office and work overtime might be required during peak period
·  Re-mail the physical correspondences within agreed service lead time for premium customers at office
·  Prepare and arrange blasting the e-communication messages to the customers on a regular basis
·  Conduct testing of the new initiative of e-communication messages before implementation
·  Perform quality assurance of management statistic report produced by other team
·  Ensure and improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Effective communication with subordinates, peers, supervisors, and other colleagues across teams
·  Handle special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by assistant managers/managers

Requirements

·  Ability to develop innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and improve operation efficiency
·  Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and manage multiple tasks
·  Ability to handle conflicting ideas/suggestions from various stakeholders and propose solutions acceptable to all parties
·  Possess a high level of flexibility in the approach and must be able to demonstrate good judgment and sense
