We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior ALCM Manager – Global Functions.
Principal Responsibilities
· Leading the further development of Economic Profits (EP) especially managed EP embedding for Asia Pacific region and being the EP subject matter expert within the Asia Treasury team
· Support the global development on return metrics, including aspects such as technical design, Management Information (‘MI’) capabilities and stakeholder use cases
· Working closely with business stakeholders to align pricing decisions with positive RoTE/EP outcomes
· Development of MI/modelling, analysis and insight to support the alignment of decision making to the underlying risk and return trade-offs in driving resource allocation and performance
Requirements
· The candidate should preferably have a broad skillset across relevant areas including capital management, business analysis, finance or risk management
· An understanding of the Group’s capital management framework and drivers of the Group’s principal capital performance metrics
· Familiarity with HSBC’s global businesses and products across the Asia Pacific region
· Experience of working in implementing transformation or change initiatives
· Strong interpersonal & communication skills and effective at building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
· Effective and confident in communicating to senior management and distilling broad information into key themes
