We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

·  Part of the pod that supports ongoing change and maintenance of SuccessFactors Learning, Succession & Development modules and Degreed Learning Experience platform.
·  Collaborating with HR product owners, HR Technology Agile Lead and/or Scrum Master to deliver the People Capability (Learning & Talent) product backlog.
·  Involved in end-to-end change management including requirements gathering, impact assessments, analysis, design, configuration updates and unit testing.
·  Writing reports and building notification templates in SuccessFactors Learning to support our business.
·  Building trusting relationships with stakeholders; demonstrating and being respected for your knowledge across the HR System Landscape.
·  Working with the wider team to help resolve problems and incidents of varying complexity.
·  Maintaining accurate documentation of release changes and approvals following the standard release procedures
·  Continuously seeking self-development opportunities, share knowledge and good practice with colleagues, and work collaboratively with others to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Modules.  Ideally: Learning and/or Talent Management solutions and how they interact with Employee Central and Employee Profile; both on desktop and mobile.
·  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
·  Excellent documentation skills.
·  Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
·  Have a strong desire for continuous learning and upskilling to build up expert knowledge of the applications we support and the processes that manage them.
·  Technical background in IT Operations or Software Development, ideally with working knowledge of SQL and HTML.
·  Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
·  Experience of working with internal customers and/or IT vendors
·  Experience of writing functional specs and design docs
·  Proficient in Office 365 applications.
·  Good understanding of SaaS solutions, JIRA, and Confluence.
