We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Receptionist .
Principal responsibilities

Responsible for the administrative, general clerical and receptionist duties for the business
·
Greet customers at the reception
·
Handle all incoming telephone calls and direct calls onwards
·
Manage all couriers services for the business
·
Monitor the booking system for meetings rooms and assist in the setting up of equipment, video conferencing and Webex meetings
·
Maintain the tidiness of conference rooms and reception area.
·
Keep an updated and proper record of all incoming documents, including reconciliation of monthly DHL invoice
·
Assist in other ad-hoc requests or projects from supervisor when necessary
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Requirements
· Experience in receptionist role preferably in the financial services industry and supporting various teams
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven ability to work collectively in a timely manner
· Customer service oriented, proactive interpersonal and good problem solving skills
· Strong time management and oranization skills
· Excellect computer skills
· Fluent verbal and written English and Cantonese
