We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Project Management Office Team Member – Global Private Banking.
Principal Responsibilities
· Work with the Business Outcome Leads, Technology Leads, and Sub Value Stream Leads to define business case and develop design artefacts for each Sub Value Stream
· Prepare and distribute Program reports to multiple audiences
· Collaborate, develop and maintain the program roadmap and implementation plans
· Ensure that all Sub Value Streams have effective processes in place to capture and monitor risks, issues, and actions. Makes information available to relevant parties in relation to risks, issues and actions
· Confluence and SharePoint Management, by setting up a page structure, maintaining the discipline of keeping everything in one place
· Support the process to implement and track Continuous Improvement metrics, including velocity, lead time for blocker and impediment resolution, process improvements and Outcome metrics, including business and customer outcomes realized, key results realized, delivery frequency, percentage release rollbacks, significant incidents
· Establish Sub Value Stream Operating Rhythm and Governance, including Agile Scrum of Scrums, Sprint cadence and events and so on
· Establish Pod Operating Rhythm and Governance
· Ensure that the program is delivered in accordance with the Business Transformation Framework methodology
· Minute weekly program meetings and track actions
· Establish and maintain documentation cadence across the program
· Demonstrate industry leading business domain knowledge
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Requirements
· University degree in relevant disciplines
· Project Management or Project Management Office skills, including managing, leading and actively undertake planning, risks and issues management
· Ability to support program and project delivery, including development, deployment and production
· Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable working alongside Business and delivery partners both internal and external
· Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills both written and verbally
· Experience working in Agile, or knowledge of the key principles of the methodology
· Previous experience working on Digital projects would be desirable
· Self starter, who can work proactively with minimum supervision
