We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

- ​Assist Branch Manager to handle external relations with local governmental authorities and regulators.

- Assist Branch Manager to proactively maintain and manage relationship with media.

- Assist Branch Manager in the expansion of HSBC service distribution channel.

- Assist Branch Manager in advertising and promotion activities at branch level.

- Assist Branch Manager in ad hoc projects of the branch.

- To provide daily secretarial support to BM and administrative support to other staffs to facilitate a smooth, efficient and effective operations of the Branch.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance or related discipline is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical thinking, attention to details, well organized.
- Able to work under preasure and meet strictly deadline.
- Good command of spoken and written English and computer literacy e.g. MS Office.
