We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Operations Associate, Card Plastics and Platforms.

Principal Responsibilities

·  Maintain vendor relationship, ensure appropriate governance and oversight to allow effective management of vendor performance
·  Manage vendor expense and forecast the operation cost under Card Issuing operations
·  Drive initiatives and execution of changes to achieve cost savings
·  Contribute proactively to improve operational efficiency
·  Assess implication of new products to Card Issuance process
·  Contribute to and participate in projects and user acceptance test
·  Develop good working relationship with business counterparts and key stakeholders
·  Maintain internal control standards. Implement applicable standards and awareness of the operational risk

Requirements

·  General banking knowledge and understanding of card operations
·  Self-motivated
·  Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
·  Attentive to details and proficiency in handling customer complaint
