We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sales Conduct and Quality Manager - WPB NFR UTILITY - SALES QUALITY.
Principal responsibilities:
· Responsible for conducting quality control checking of Investment and Insurance sales activity, through dynamic investegation approach i.e. internal monitoring, customer contact.
· Developing, maintaining and executing quality assurance programme/procedures for the frontline sales to ensure the Bank's standards are fully complied with.
· Delivering fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
· Providing recommendations to improve and streamline the sales process and other relevant business units.
· Cultivating the enforcement of sales compliance fulfilment and sales best practices in the appropriate Global Business Function.
· Producing and Managing various sales quality reports for respective forum reporting.
Requirements
· Knowledge of Financial Services/industry/Wealth and Insurance products/regulations.
· Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of HSBC and IWPB Sales Process and Procedure.
· Risk mindful and Strong analytical ability.
· Communicate at multiple levels with good command in English and Chinese (including speaking Cantonese & Mandarin).
· Strong stakeholder's management skill.
· Proficient in Word,Excel, Powerpoint.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
