We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Product Commercialisation.
Principal Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercialisation Manager to support the rollout and scaling of a new Embedded Finance proposition. This role is ideal for a high-potential individual with experience in commercialisation, who wants to be part of building a transformative new solution.
Embedded Finance is a strategic priority for HSBC Global Trade Solutions. Our solution enables seamless financing in digital platforms and marketplaces, making it easier for sellers to access working capital and supporting the overall growth of the platform.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across product, sales, marketing and communications, as well as our clients (incl. a major global e-Commerce platform) and other partners to operationalise our go-to-market plans.
In this role you will
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
·
Design and drive the go-to-market strategy for the rollout and scaling of the embedded finance solution in collaboration with our clients and our teams (product, marketing, communication etc.)

Develop campaigns and material in partnership with our clients, marketing and communications teams to drive awareness, consideration, conversion, retention and advocacy
·
Partner with HSBC and partners’ sales and servicing teams to deliver training, tools, and materials that enable effective product positioning and enhance customer engagement
Commercial Data and Insights
·
Develop clear growth targets, tracking and budgets with our clients for cost-effective rollout and scaling
·
Monitor and track progress of key initiatives and KPI’s to assess performance, ROI and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of our marketing initiatives
Requirements
To be successful you will need
·
Strong experience in marketing, commercialisation or Go To Market strategy, preferably in financial services or fintech
·
Experience launching and scaling new products is an advantage
·
Strong understanding of Embedded Finance concepts and how to position their value to various customer segments, especially to e-Commerce and international trade sectors
·
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
·
Strong analytical skills to measure marketing performance and optimise campaigns effectively
·
Demonstrated ability to design and execute cost-effective marketing plans
·
Experience managing KPIs and driving actionable insights from data analysis
·
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
