Project Pulse is looking for a Growth Data Analyst to help us launch Pulse!

Effectively, within the first four weeks in role you would build an analytical environment to perform queries of all kind. You will source, connect and analyse data from numerous sources, preparing the team to start running experiments to test marketing and product hypothesis .

As part of this role you will work side by side with design, user insight, growth marketing, product and commercial. This role utilises a strong analytical background with a passion for building Pulse from the ground up and communicating this with our users.

In this role, you will:

Use knowledge of quantitative analysis, data mining & performance marketing, and the presentation of data to drive more efficient product development and marketing

Build growth funnel (search growth pirate metrics funnel) focusing on metrics from Awareness through to revenue

·
Set up and conduct online experiments to test hypotheses to optimise product development and prioritise marketing

·
Conduct A/B testing throughout online and app presence

·
Conduct behavioural analytics to learn more about how our users interact with the product, compare how different group of users behave (cohorts to be split and agreed by you)

Track and manage to work out, at a user level, the right level of notifications

·
Measure, monitor, attribute and analyse marketing campaigns for effectiveness against business priorities

·
Help build and define the reporting and insights process for informing business decisions with user research and experiments

Desired profile



Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

· 
Possess knowledge/ability to work with WordPress hosted website and integrations, CRM systems/integrations such as streak, mail chimp, click send

· 
Have familiarity with google suite of data (Google ads, analytics, firebase) & Facebook group ads

· 
Having knowledge of growth specific tools (mix panel, branch etc) is advantageous

· 
Comfortable being hands-on and working within a start-up environment

The base location for this role is WeWork Waterloo, York Road, London.
