We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
 
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the Advisory team and Global Market to drive FX and Dual Currency Investment revenue
- A good understanding of how to drive the FX business and how to model banking services to garner more income for the Bank, but yet, meet customer expectations
- Regular review and tracking of performance to ensure business is on track to meet targets
- Enhance and fine-tune processes to shorten processing time and achieve cost efficiency
- Project Deployment for Total FX and embark on key initiatives with Global on FX strategy .
- Close collaboration with Sales, Proposition and Marketing teams on programmes to ensure sufficient product awareness
- Provide on-going FX related training
- Ensure that all product solutions are aligned with regulatory requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- The individual is expected to provide strong leadership in the implementation of the ASP & Group Wealth Management strategy to become the leading provider of Wealth Management services to HSBC affluent clients, and also to drive the country team to the Group standard. 
- This role provides inputs to ASP & Group Policy, implements ASP & Group Strategy and is responsible for Country execution. It is a product leadership role and is accountable for the performance of the Country FX and Dual Currency Investment.
