We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Digital Market Activation Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

Activating our products:

·  Support analysis of capability and feature changes through visibility of the delivery plans and interface with stakeholders and production of Change Impact Assessment (CIA) and Go to Market (GTM) plan
·  Support the planning of release approach through migration, pilot and go-live planning with multiple stakeholder groups such as tech, business, delivery and marketing
·  Understand the functional and data product design so to support analytics, dashboard readiness and reporting to facilitate change, ongoing adoption and benefits tracking
·  Liaise and communicate with cross-functional teams so to manage the end-to-end business readiness for the change
·  Ensure compliance to any relevant in-country regulatory approvals and governance and carry forward to BAU handover

Activating our staff:

·  Support the analysis of product readiness so to author and curate change material
·  Support the understanding of digital-first and digital enabled channel strategies for the change 
·  Support frontline engagement and delivery e.g. multi-lingual training, internal communication, procedural updates, FAQs
·  Support internal pilot activities to ensure product is tech, staff and customer ready 
·  Support pilot plan to validate customer experience and collect pilot users’ feedback for confidence before proceeding to customer activation
·  Support pilot Go/No Go activity, ensuring all governance is met and relevant documentation and approvals are obtained before pilot go live activity 
·  Record and follow up the feedback received from pilot(s), work closely with QA and project team on feedback evaluation before launch

Activating our customers

·  Support the liaison of customer-facing readiness activities with cross functional teams e.g. public website awareness content, FAQs 
·  Support Go/No Go activity, ensuring all governance is met and relevant documentation and approvals are obtained before customer go live
·  Support hypercare calls and reporting to track post activation impacts for frontline feedback and benefit tracking

Requirements

·  3+ years of experience in retail banking with in-depth understanding and experience in the financial or banking sector with specialty in proposition and marketing.
·  University degree in the business field or relevant post graduate qualification. 
·  Experience working with Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area to support business readiness activity for delivery of change.
·  Good negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities, and the ability to lead and influence
·  Growth mindset with strong commercial focus, ability to balance risks vs. rewards and maximize cost effectiveness and profitability for the business
·  Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on data and understand the implications
·  Good understanding of project methodologies, frameworks and best practice
·  Ability to manage multiple deliveries and releases whilst ensuring each project runs effectively 
·  Fluency in English and Cantonese

 

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.

Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
