The Data Management Delivery Lead is accountable for ensuring documentation for US Business Processes is accurate and complete in accordance with business process control level. This role will also collaborate with Data Controls team to help monitor Data Quality control gaps and support in documentation and tracking of remediation activities to address identified gaps. This role is also a key senior leader in the data management team to support ad hoc requests as a result of a dynamic highly regulated environment.
As our US Data Management Delivery Lead you will:
· Work with DAO, GBGFs, IT and other stakeholders to implement annual review and approval of metadata documented for US business processes.
· Where applicable, work with GBGFs to identify and document additional business processes and corresponding metadata, systems, and data flow in accordance with the business process control level
· Support execution required changes to a business process within agreed timelines, including but not limited to changes as a result of back-testing, business process change report and GBGF change requests
· Enhance, simplify, and automate annual business process recertification process within strategic tools. Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies
· Verification of submitted documentation to evidence data quality controls to enable data quality gap closure
· Create an effective plan for resource allocation and required budget to execute business process annual recertification
· Responsible for creation and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date instruction manuals and guidance in execution of Business Process Metadata Management activities
· Conduct training sessions as needed and implement and publish monthly reporting where required
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $134,500.00 and $201,800.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements
You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
· Previous experience in metadata management
· Strong knowledge of metadata management, and related tools Necessity to make robust/tough decisions that may be contrary to others’ wishes and ability to prioritize competing demands
· A good knowledge of the Group (or a similarly situated large global organization) and its strategy, internal policies, and procedures is preferable
· Proven ability to manage a wide range of internal and external stakeholder relationships
· Strong leadership and management ability, developing and motivating employees over multiple sites
· Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines and be change-oriented
· Strong problem-solving skills
