Propose role:

The Insurance Customer Strategy & Proposition Manager is a new role responsible to define insurance value proposition by segment, ensure that INMX successfully deploys Customer Value Management principles to serve our policyholders, lead generation and next-in-line offering. The jobholder is required to work closely and collaboratively with HSBC Lines of Business.

Responsabilities:

Key responsibilities of the role holder include;

(i) Working jointly with WPB Customer Office, to define insurance value proposition by customer segment for INMX

(ii) Establish and deliver Customer Value Management principles at INMX and maintain valid all customer journeys at INMX

(iii) Lead Customer insights process at INMX

(iv) Working jointly with CRM drive the lead generation process, cross-sell, up-sell and next-in-line product offering to existing customer base

(v) Major challenge will be to create “Customer” culture in the organization, actually main product development and campaigns decisions are based on requirements from Distribution teams, Local & Global Senior managers, etc.

(vi) The Customer Manager has to analyse, propose and approve any new initiative with a Customer perspective oriented to improve our NPS, Customer satisfaction, Conduct metrics and aby other evaluation from the customer.

Skills

· Bachelor degree or equivalent preferably on administrative or economic areas.
· Strong English and Spanish skills.
· Leadership skills
· Visionary with strength in creating and delivering on long term strategies.
· Building effective networks both internally and externally and creating opportunities for others to work collaboratively. (Team player)
· Excellent judgment and a demonstration of being decisive and tenacious
· Strong negotiation and influencing skills
