The opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for an Exchange Trade Fund (ETF) Operations Manager to join our team in Dublin.

What you will do: 

In this role you will:

• Play a key role for the delivery of a cohesive service to our ETF clients 
• Be responsible for the day to day relationship with our ETF clients relating to portal access and trading support. 
• Provide support as necessary on activities within the ETF Operations team, ensuring that all tasks are processed in accordance with agreed procedures and controls and in accordance with relevant fund parameters.
• Be responsible for continuous reinforcement of quality service focus amongst the Client Services team, whilst ensuring that service delivery is controlled, scalable and efficient.
• Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policy including, inter alia, the Group Compliance policy.
• Play a dynamic role providing the job holder with a broad range of role functions and diversity. The role provides exposure to Senior Management and directly reports to Head of ETF Operations.

You should apply if you have: 

• In-depth product knowledge of traditional funds and specifically ETFs.
• Demonstrable experience of ETFs portals, NAV tools and how they operate in the industry.
• Detailed knowledge of the fund valuation process, ETF order processing and settlement including items such as Market Deviation, Actual Cost and Cut off times.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills pertaining to clients.
Appropriate experience working in a Financial Services operations.
• Numeric and analytical with good attention to detail.
• Strong and proven inter-personal, and supervisory skills.
• Sound Communication and Relationship Management skills pertaining to clients and APs in particular.
