Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)

Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC's global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

​1) Assist in the planning and execution of various acquisition programs and ensure all timelines are on track and delivered per program plans
2) Work with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, on a daily basis to execute out program-related arrangements and logistics
3) Assist managers for related policy, work flow design.
4) Consolidation and tracking of various team program expenses and invoice settling, to ensure accurate and timely payment
5) Assist Program Managers in on-going & post performance tracking of related programs per requirements when needed
6) Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- University degree or above (recognized by the state)
- 0 -2 years working experience
- Familiarity or previous background in finance or credit card is not required, but preferred
- Good sense of timeline management and attention to detail
- Good communication skill
- Ability to work both in a group or individual setting, with excellent communication and coordination
- English language fluency is a plus
