The Consultant Business Systems role is based within the US Group Data Technology team as part of an HSBC wide Data Technology team that works with each Global Business/Function to consolidate and resolve cross functional data, projects, and issues.
As our Consultant Business Systems you will:
· Work with Architectural and tactical recommendations for the cloud infrastructure, build and deploy pipelines, observability, and SRE practices for a variety of development teams and help them to operationalize those recommendations
· Drive CICD adoption and utilize to create a frictionless development process by modernizing the CICD orchestration using industry leading technologies and maintain a robust development and deployment infrastructure
· Implement and operate containerized cloud application platform solutions with a focus on application concerns, cloud, distributed application architectures, migrating workloads to containers, containerized, development workflows, and integrating container platform with automated continuous integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines
· Developed, implement, and automate scalable custom models by using CICD pipelines for the image creations, adding the data sets segmentation to segregate data, classify data and cluster data that has similar characteristic, applying multidimensional data aggregation on critical data elements to perform profile and trend analysis
· Provide technical leadership in the areas of metrics, logging, tracing, profiling, alerting and visualization, deep dive into code and system design to help diagnose issues
· Developed Quality and resiliency in high availability, fast paced and growing environments, support solid DevOps foundation across the full SDLC from story creation to continuous delivery
· Build automated scanning utilities and implement within cloud platforms to identify cloud violations and provide auto heal/fix.
For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $103,300.00 and $155,000.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements
You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
· Experience building a range of Services in GCP(preferred) and AWS (a plus) & having other cloud provider knowledge
· Strong hands-on GCP and AWS knowledge
· Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and Python experience
· Cloud experience & Network Architecture
· Linux and windows development experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
· Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Specific experience & GCP Certification ( certification is a plus)
