We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Client Service Executive.
 
Principal responsibilities
Provides support to the Marketing function and Representative Offices in delivering high quality client service to customer base, working in close partnership with one of Hong Kong's leading Private Banking Relationship Managers.
Assist your partner Relationship Manager in taking orders and preparing daily transactions accurately, promptly and completely.
Responsible for managing the processes associated with client transactions including new account openings, securities transactions, general account maintenance, customer account changes and account closings.
Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service by attending to client enquiries and requests.
Explain operational matters to clients.  Develop client’s awareness, understanding and ability to comply with HSBC operational requirements.
Manage the HSBC “Know Your Customer Program” and ensure that all client-service related activities are fully in compliance with the processes and procedures contained in it.

Desired profile

Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience
Knowledge in Foreign Exchange transactions an advantage.
Proven and progressive experience in Private Banking.
Proven customer service, communications, and sales, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Good understanding of the major products/services available in the private banking industry
Experience in dealing with High Net Worth individuals.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
Excellent communication skills.
A good team player with drive for success and achievement.
Fluency in Cantonese and English required, written and spoken. 
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
