We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Act as internal consultant and coordinator for all Cards operations related issues or activities.
• Coordinate Cards operations team members for project implementation/on-site inspections or audit
• Drive identification and implementation of automation and process streamlining initiatives
• To ensure control effectiveness of operational risk in day-to-day operations.
• Partnership with business counterpart in end to end service and process review to ensure good outcome to IWPB customer

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Solid knowledge of cards products and services and procedures, regulatory reporting
- Strong ability in problem solving, task prioritization and detail-oriented
- Experienced in process review and project management
- Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness
- Proactive, independent and be able to work under pressure
- Good Communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
