Business Finance Commercial Banking Segment Support

Job description

The Business Finance CMB Segment Support analysis will look across all CMB segments – Large Corporate, Middle Market, Business Banking, International Subsidiary Banking, and Commercial Real Estate – to drive consistency and efficiency. A focus of the role will be to support the CMB 10 Pillars of Growth including analysis, project planning, driving manual activities to automated processes, and assisting with presentation and tracking. The role will also support key initiatives that span all segments including Omnia, HORIS, GBM Collaboration, and other initiatives spanning segments.

Responsibilities include:
· Support CMB 10 Pillars of growth and ad hoc analysis required including metrics, KPIs, definitions, and developing production/execution plans in coordination with Hyderabad team, segment finance leads, and business managers. An example of the type of project this role will take on is the Business Banking cube migration project which would require developing a project plan for how to move this cube into Finance with ongoing support
· Support GBM collaboration project including payaways and tracking
· Support Omnia rollout and adoption efforts
· Support HORIS efforts including reconciliations and data flows, HORIS sign-offs and support presentations and analysis including reporting required through partnering with Hyderabad team.
· Support TM1/HORIS segment analysis
· Champion consistent analysis and processes across all segments. Support streamlining efforts to best support all segments to eliminate redundancies.
· Drive consistency across CMB segments in hierarchy maintenance and mappings
· Drive consistency in processes and execution across CMB segments as MI policy changes are developed and approved
· Support other CMB segment wide initiatives as required.

· The successful candidate will work collaboratively vertically, horizontally and across multiple teams. Customers and stakeholders include:
· CMB segment finance leads
· US Finance teams including CAO, ALM and others
· Hyderabad team
· CMB Business Managers
· Global CMB Finance team

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Minimum of ten years proven financial and/or business analysis experience, or equivalent, with experience managing complex environments.
·  Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, business management, related field or equivalent experience.
·  Strong management, interpersonal, analytical, project management, presentation and verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of financial analysis, modeling, systems and reporting.
·  Comfort managing and manipulating large data sets.
·  Knowledge of CMB business and products preferred.
·  Knowledge of FTP, Clearview, TM1 global cubes preferred.
·  Flexibility to work in a fast-paced unpredictable environment with competing deadlines.
