We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Analytics Manager.
 
Principal responsibilities
Interface with Finance and Commercial Banking stakeholders in the development of Annual Operating Plan process
Cost management and control oversight in conjunction with Commercial Banking Business Finance
Headcount coordination and management in conjunction with Human Resource
Central Commercial banking coordinator of ClientVision for effective pipeline management and standardised reporting for the benefit of frontline staff and executive management
Review global Commercial Banking and local projects that impact Singapore Commercial Banking Business and ensuring effective implementation thereof
Client segmentation management including Business Banking,  Local Corporate, Mid market Enterprise
Regulatory reporting, preparation of financial performance/strategy presentation and Commercial Banking  Executive Committee  support

Desired profile

Requirements
Strong analytical and financial reasoning
Highly developed analytical skills to extract information from data and translate to business language and financial impacts.
Ability to manage own time effectively to ensure delivery of multiple projects.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and communicate analysis and recommendations to colleagues at different levels of the organization
Strong MicroSoft Excel, Powerpoint, capacity to understand systems and how they impact business requirements
Ability to convey succinct and relevant business messages and financial results for Commercial Banking presentations
