We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst- Operations Support - PROCESS MANAGEMENT - COLLECTION.
Principal responsibilities
· Adheres strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Company and regulatory standards, policies and practices to supports various CCS teams in analyzing business, systems, and data structures.
· Manages multiple initiatives at the same time while Identifing improvement opportunities corollary to the business strategy and priorities.
· Analyzes performance metrics and indicators to identify gaps and its root causes.
· Engages with various teams at every level in the organization in order to understand specific requirements with regard to the development of a business solution.
· Facilitates workshops or focus group discussions in order to extract the required information from stakeholders.
· Utilizes industry best practices and methodologies in discovering operational insights out of data.
· Collaborates with Consultants and Project Managers in completing analytical activities necessary to an initiative (e.g., business case, cost-benefit analysis, gap analysis).
· Leads in activities related to budgeting, forecasting, planning, and variance analysis.
· Leads or supports in the design of business solutions to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, accuracy, and/or cost-effectiveness.
· Frames and communicates the findings to stakeholders, including senior management in a manner that is easy to comprehend.
Requirements
· Skill of using VBA or Python to read or write to other systems, including but not limited to OBS/CRM/iQA/HCC/Outlook/Word. Implementing linkage with ACCESS using SQL or integrating data between Excel to provide MI.
· Masters or Bachelor’s degree in business or management disciplines (e.g., Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Management Science).
· At least 3 years of proven data analysis/analytics experience.
· At least 2 years of professional experience in banking, financial services organization, business process outsourcing, and/or debt collections is highly preferable.
· Experience in leading project teams, designing and generating detailed reports.
· Able to apply the appropriate statistical analysis tool in a problem and be able to communicate the findings clearly.
· Leads or facilitates meetings with stakeholders including project reviews and strategic planning activities.
· Has excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
· Must be a self-starter and amenable to work under minimal supervision while still adhering to deadlines and quality expectations.
· Must have analytical independence and a “can-do” attitude towards all the business challenges needing a solution.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
