We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Analyst.

Principal responsibilities

· The role will focus on the provision of business analysis support for the various systems used within Global Finance acting as the interface between the Finance Business and IT Function in the identification of system and process requirements and improvements.
· The Systems and Implementation Business Analyst will proactively work with customers to elicit user requirements and transform these into effective, efficient and working platform and process solutions.
· The role holder will also work closely in support of the implementation of Finance Transformation Platform Implementation Support Analysts in ensuring that the Finance Transformation Platform and its associated processes are designed to enable the transformation of the Finance function, becoming a key enabler for change and driving efficiency.
· He or she will participate in issue resolution and escalation to appropriate governance forums or stakeholders as appropriate.

Requirements

· 
Knowledge and understanding of finance systems and industry tools

·  Knowledge of accounting and reporting concepts
·  Knowledge and experience with the various Finance Transformation Platform components and architecture from inbound to outbound data transformation and reporting
·  Experience of data modelling concepts, data definitions and logical data concepts.
·  Detailed understanding of the Finance Transformation Platform data model, its various constructs, purposes and usage
·  Experience of programmes that contain complex activities that span functions, organisations, geographic regions and cultures
·  Understanding of the full project lifecycle from requirements through to implementation
·  Accounting qualification
