AVP Procurement
Principal responsibilities
•Lead, manage and act as an individual contributor to provide support and co-work with Asia Pacific sites and counterparts.
•Attain market intelligence and recommend users on the best solution / alternative to fulfill their demand and requirement.
•Develop and engage new potential source of supply that offers superior quality and total cost of ownership to the Bank.
•Maintain a sound and reliable supplier base by constant reviewing of supplier performance and supplier relationship management.
•Negotiate and conclude commercial deals with business partners that offer the most value-for-money, the least risk and the best quality of product and services to the business.
•Ensure that all procurement activities and process comply with Group Vendor Management Policy and Corporate Sustainable.
•Commit and achieve annual cost savings allocation by exploring and implementing cost saving solutions.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Requirements
•Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field
•3-5 years experience in related fields (direct experience on Procurement is a plus)
•Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
•Good command of both spoken and written English
•PC literate including knowledge of using Microsoft Office
