We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate, Operations Control, Broker Outsourcing Securities Services.

Principal responsibilities
· ​Support the implementation and continuation of Control initiatives and manage the ongoing Operational Control requirements for Broker Outsourcing locally and globally
· Implement an improved control environment via embedding the Bank's Operational Risk and Control Framework within Broker Outsourcing, as well as update and maintain the Commercial Control Model documentation and operating framework administration
· Design the control assurance testing, execute control tests to validate operational controls with thematic control reviews and work in partnership with the lines to remediate processes
· Support Information Security Risk, Business Risk Information, and Business Continuity Planning, and the wider Broker Outsourcing Control team planning and execution activities to develop a stronger and safer control environment
· Act as a Control stakeholder to product wide initiatives relating to change control and risk governance

Requirements
·  Proven skills and knowledge of post trade operations functions gathered in an investment banking environment
·  Control function related experience is essential
·  Analytical and detail orientated
·  Solid process, risk and people management skills
·  Strong Risk and Control capability
·  Appropriate personality, character and gravitas will be key
·  Strong delivery focus is essential, be proactive and articulate
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex issues succinctly and clearly
