Commercial Banking (CMB)
HSBC Commercial Banking serves millions of small, medium-sized and middle-market enterprises, providing commercial customers with a full range of banking services including multi-currency business accounts, payments and cash management, wealth management and insurance, and global trade and receivables finance, as well as a comprehensive range of financing solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

· The role holder is expected to identify and grow the global valuable but current low-value subsidiary relationships for HSBC, adhering to Group values, business strategy, operational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.
· Then maximize the in-country value of these relationships by working closely with Group countries and with product partners. In the meanwhile, exit all non-target clients and low value clients.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

·  Minimum of 1 year experience in managing commercial relationships
·  Thorough understanding of commercial banking related regulation and procedure
·  Highly knowledgeable on account operational issues, e.g. account opening, maintenance and closure.
·  Customer-Oriented and demonstrate strong capability to drive business growth
·  Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services
·  Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
·  Ability to interact with business customers at all levels
·  Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
·  Excellent time management, planning and organization skills
·  Excellent range of communication skills in English and Chinese, including written, verbal, and the ability to deliver compelling presentations
·  Strong analytical skills and fair credit assessment skills
·  Be able to work under pressure
