Role Purpose

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. In this role, you will:

· Perform and held regular and random verification of spreading to all level of financial statements of corporate borrowers following the spreading guidelines, ensuring that the financial information presented is in a concise and consistent way to enable year-to-year comparisons.
· Perform PBOC Financial Statement Capturing for audited annual financials of borrowers in HBCN facility portfolio with an accurate manner and following the capturing guidelines in order to meet PBOC requirement, which carried out in the PBOC Credit System.
· Conduct random checkings on the spreading verified by Assistant Team Leader and other verification staff.
· Provide monthly PBOC Financial Statement Capturing completion details to HBCN & montly statistic report to each BPs
· Participate in other related tasks migrated to GSC SHC
· Contact with customer via mail & telephone to solve the problem.
· Maintain excellent and efficient relationship with external/internal customers/other parties
· Assist Managers to prepare and handling MI and other reports for regular communication to OPP management and customers.
· Co-ordinate and implement cross-training within or outside Risk Operations department, aiming at providing resources support in Risk Operations or other processes/departments during peak volume days.
· Allocate resources effectively; ensure cross-support resources are provided for supporting peak volume transactions processing within or outside the team.
· Plan and implement team working scheudle arragement to support operations from different ASP countries which have different time zones
· To support and implement other tasks of assigned by team or managers/supervisors
· To participate actively in teamwork and other activities by taking initiatives in coming up with ideas/ suggestions and sponsor with regard to process improvement
· Managing team in daily business to ensure smooth operations to meet and exceed performance level agreement and maximizing efficiency through directing, planning, organizing, training, coaching, controlling, evaluation etc.
· Ensure financial spreading performed in accordance to ASP Risk and other spreading guidelines
· Ensure other tasks migrated to RO are completed in accordance with relevant procedure and standard
· Monitor daily team's performance in terms of speed and quality of services.
· Segregation of staff duties.
· Ongoing business process improvement identification, design and implementation

Desired profile

·  General & corporate banking knowledge required
·  Strong Accounting background and knowledge required
·  Bachelor degree or with at least 3 years relevant working experience.
·  At least 12 months in an assistant team leader role, with exposure to appraisals, counseling, team building, and staff development.
·  Computer skills with knowledge of MS Windows & MS Office
·  Ability to speak and understand English fluently, writes business letters and reports, and has good conversational / telephone skills.
·  Ability to learn quickly, transfer knowledge appropriately, understand and interpret numeric data. Evidence of good analytical, statistical and data mining skills to study trends and make projections. Production management skills and ability to initiate process improvements.
·  Leadership and coaching skills, with ability to build rapport with, relate to and effectively develop a wide range of people.
