Job description

· Day to Day Tasks
· Release planning and scheduling
· Change Order Creation based on the release request
· Coordination and communication with key stakeholders
· Ensure mandatory approvals before change submission (like Architect, Design, UAT sign-off, etc)
· Code packaging and Job Creation for live releases
· Review of outage request submitted by project team
· Coordination with Implementer team for IRLS activities
· Change order Submission before cutoff dates
· Attending Change Advisory Board and other Quality forums (like Quality Assurance Board, etc)
· Coordinate with stake holders for the Change approvals
· Outage consolidation for production releases
· Resolve the change conflicts
· Production Day Release Activities
· Coordination with Data Center Operation team for Live day Implementation
· Execution of utility programs for bulk data patching, Data conversion, IT-maintenance related to project and support release
· Post release object verification
· Release status reporting
· Change order closure with impact status post implementation
· Incidents and Problem managements related to Release issues
· Review and approval of change orders impacting HUB

Desired profile

Experience
·  Technology Skills
·  2-4 years of experience on iSeries platform ( AS400, RPG, CL
·  Good iSeries operational knowledge (e.g. Code packaging, Change planning and Production Release, etc.)
·  Good knowledge on Change and Release Management process

·  Tools
·  Good working knowledge of GSD R12, RTC/RDP, MKS Implementer and/or ARCAD
