Principal responsibilities

· To support senior members of the MNC team in account management and operation efficiencies
· Manage and grow quality portfolio in Multi National Corporate
· Enhance customer service quality and foster strong customer relationships..
· To maximize return on portfolio
· To provide any assistance to ensure that the MNC team meets with forecasted AOP targets
· Ensure an effective Operational Risk Management process is in place to reduce the level of operational risk losses and to protect HSBC Thailand from foreseeable future losses.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Requirements

·  Master's degree in Banking and/or Finance or related field
·  Preferably minimum 2 years experience in banking industry, especially in Corporate/Commercial Banking Department or as Assistant Relationship Manager
·  Strong credit and analytical skills
·  Good knowledge of banking products and systems
·  Excellent interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach and high-level presentation skills
·  Ability to work under high pressure environment and multi task
·  Possession of a positive attitude to customer-service handling
·  Command of both spoken and written English / Thai / and Chinese
