We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Digital Transaction, Digital Channels.
Principal Responsibilities
· Create seamless digital payment and product solutions for the commercial banking customers via the internet banking and mobile app
· Work closely with relevant stakeholders from Business, Products, Risk Stewards and Digital Business Services teams to formulate and implement digital initiatives to address customer pain points and realize business benefits
· Continuously review the risk and control measures to ensure the end-to-end payment process is robust enough to protect the Bank and the customers. Ensure compliance to all internal policy and regulatory requirements prior to launch of digital initiatives
· Work closely with all relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of agreed implementation plan
· Formulate customer commercialization activities to ensure smooth service launch
· Act as an expert for channel issues, tracking customer usage and feedback, resolving production incidents and facilitating effective communication of best practices
· Keep abreast of the latest market trend, and regulatory requirements. Ensure proper prioritization and timely delivery to ensure the Bank stay competitive and compliant
Requirements
· Good understanding of the Commercial Banking business, products and processes, preferably in managing digital payment initiatives
· Solid experience of agile project management, open source, cloud platforms and digital services
· Profound understanding of UI/UX design best practice, able to design and optimise omni-channels customer experience
· Strong stakeholder management skills through effective communication, presentation and influencing
· Proven problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternatives and anticipate challenges
· Ability to prioritise and work independently under pressure within a team environment
· Ability to use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve complex problems whilst adhering to timelines and quality of output
