GCB5 AEM ( Adobe Experience Manager) Content Trainer
We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of AEM Content Trainer. In this role you will develop and manage entire course(s) for the AEM content author training curriculum including new components, tools and AEM basic and advanced functionality to help deliver seamless experiences across all devices.
The successful candidate would make sure all new AEM users for DaaC (Digital as a Channel) (globally) are easily on-boarded, well trained, and have a point of contact. They would check that the appropriate permissions are assigned to each user-type and that there is a training programme aimed at the individual's requirements and daily tasks. As well as onboarding and training, after care support and one to one desk assistance should be provided to users as well as ongoing coaching sessions/demos needed to introduce new components, processes, out of the box functions and tools.
The role would naturally be the link between the content authors, the developers and the platform team so the individual would need to be adept at communicating, consulting and providing technical support and guidance on any AEM features, content migrations, workflows, launches, translations, etc.

Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

Experience as a subject matter expert for all content creation and translation as well as tools with an advanced technical skillset of AEM (version 6+)

Expertise in multi-site manager is a must in order to understand and train the rollout model provided by the platform team which supports markets with multiple languages and inheritances.

Experience with site build, CMS processes, UX, SEO and accessibility
·
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Areas of training include:
·
Content studios: EMEA, Asia and the Americas
·
All VADM new users (training messaging and emails for Salesforce, dynamic templates and components, sms, GSP, message for use with target)
·
All XFT new users including HASE Bank, Banking2.0 and Global Private Banking
The base location for this role will be Blue Fin, Southwark St, London. This role may require some global travel, there will be flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week when working in the UK.
