Hilton Waikoloa Village is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant. Hawaii Island's only 62-acre Hawaiian paradise with 3 one of a kind outdoor swimming pools. If you have the drive and passion in providing memorable experiences for guest, this is the position for you!

Classification: Full Time

Shift: Varies - 5 shifts (AM/PM - Weekends and holidays included) each week.

Hourly Wage: $14.00 + tips

License: Valid Driver's License required.

 

What will I be doing:

 

As a Valet Parking Attendant, you would be responsible for greeting guests and transporting vehicles in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

 

·  Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
·  Retrieve vehicle keys from and provide receipts to guests.
·  Transport guest vehicles to and from designated parking areas and the hotel driveway.
·  Assist guests with luggage.
·  Retrieve guest items from vehicles, as requested.
·  Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issue in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
