The Social Media Coordinator oversees Hilton Prishtina’s social media channels, driving engagement through content, strategy, and daily channel management.

What Will I Be Doing?

·  Create and manage engaging social media content for Hilton Prishtina and its venues, including photography, graphic design, and video content
·  Contribute to the development and execution of the hotel’s and venues’ social media strategy in line with brand and commercial objectives
·  Plan, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms in line with brand guidelines
·  Manage paid social media boosts, sponsored content, and basic campaign setup to support visibility and engagement
·  Monitor and respond to guest comments and messages across social media channels in a timely manner and share insights with relevant departments
·  Support hotel marketing and PR campaigns through organic and paid social media activity
·  Follow Hilton enterprise, brand, and legal guidelines at all times
·  Track and report on social media performance, engagement, and audience growth
·  Support marketing and PR efforts as required

What Are We Looking For?

A Social Media Coordinator serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests.

Required Skills & Experience

·  Experience in social media content creation and management
·  Strong skills in photography, graphic design, and video-making for digital and social media platforms
·  Experience using creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar platforms, along with social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
·  Basic experience managing paid social media boosts or sponsored content
·  Excellent communication and organizational skills
·  Strong IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
·  Proactive, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven approach
·  Excellent knowledge of English and Albanian

Preferred

·  Previous experience in marketing roles
·  Relevant degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
