The iconic Waldorf Astoria is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to join the leadership team at the award-winning Las Vegas property!
Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, this luxurious hotel has 389 rooms, 6 food and beverage outlets, and 12,000 square feet of meeting space. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, fine dining restaurant, tea lounge, bar, pool cafe, and in-room dining.

In this role, you will oversee the operations of Hard Shake and Peacock Alley primarily and assist in other outlets as needed. You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage and manage 1 Beverage Manager, 1 Assistant F&B Manager, and around 40 hourly team members.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of food & beverage management experience, experience leading other managers, and must have experience running multi-outlet operations. Preferred assets are experience managing a unionized team and a background in luxury hotels/resorts or fine dining restaurants.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
· Ensure seamless operations: Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring top-tier quality, service, and marketing strategies that maximize profitability and customer satisfaction
· Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence: Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience
· Drive operational efficiency: Oversee the administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations while implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses
· Elevate quality and service standards: Support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability
· Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
· Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
