This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As a Sr Analyst Hilton Honors Finance, on the Hilton Honors Finance team reporting to the Sr Manager, Hilton Honors Finance, you will focus on supporting the Honors loyalty program and related partnerships. You will create and maintain financial models that provide insight into the financial health of the Honors loyalty program and forecast its future outlook.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
· Create and maintain financial Excel models to forecast the inflows and outflows of the Honors fund and assess the financial viability of proposed changes to the program
· Evaluate the performance of the Honors program through monthly variance analysis
· Support business cases and investment requests related to the growth of Honors
· Contribute to the annual budget process by collaborating with partners in preparing their annual operating plans
How you will collaborate with others:
· Work closely with Honors Program Design, Economics and Member Experience teams
· Collaborate with other teams such as accounting, legal, tax, treasury, and others to provide comprehensive financial management of the Honors program
What you will take ownership of:
· Honors financial performance – you will be the “go-to” person for all questions relating to the performance of the program and it’s future outlook
· Ad hoc Excel models that you create to answer business questions and explore potential program changes
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
· Two (2) years of work experience in financial or data analysis within a financial function
· You can write complex SQL queries to solve business problems.
· You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
· You have general accounting knowledge, specifically around accrual, cost allocation, amortization
It would be useful if you have:
· BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics
· Two (2) years of analytical experience using SQL within a financial function
· Hospitality industry or loyalty program experience
