Sales Planning & Optimization, Manager - National Sales Office Thailand
Responsibilities
· Support the individual team leaders in goals setting, and support the team to hit key milestones to increase acquisition and activation.
· Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review.
· Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics.
· Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools.
· Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials and assist with on boarding new sales talent.
· Design and produce high-quality presentations that align with the company's brand guidelines and sales objectives. This includes selecting appropriate formats, templates, and visuals to make complex information easily understandable.
· Identify and eliminate sales process challenges and inconsistencies.
· Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
· Champion Delphi.FDC / Salesforce administration and project prioritization.
· Produce and review actionable and accurate sales reporting and tools for stakeholders.
· Partner with sales team members to refine lead qualification process, analyse and report on campaign performances with reporting and dashboards.
· Gather and incorporate industry insights, market trends, and customer feedback into presentations to strengthen the sales narrative and address potential client concerns.
· Refine customer segmentation, assist with portfolio management, and help create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.
· Stay abreast of the latest presentation software, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and impact of sales planning & optimization.
Skills required:
· Demonstrated success in a sales operations, business operations, or similar role.
· Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.
· Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis.
· Proven Delphi.FDC / Salesforce subject matter expert with experience creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, managing dashboards, and more.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
· Track record in driving change and removing hurdles in fast growth organizations by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance and IT.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior level executives
· Agile, self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
· Strong visual design skills, including the ability to use presentation software and basic graphic design tools.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a strong understanding of Delphi.FDC / Salesforce, and/or other CRM applications.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a hospitality or technical-related field.
· Experience in sales operations and/or business systems preferably in a hospitality setting.
