As  (Senior) Sales Manager MICE (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the development and acquisition of new customers, support your team and take on the following tasks for Hilton Hotels Austria:

·  Contribution to the optimal economic success of hotels short term & long term
·  Optimizing the portfolio to meet the hotels' growth targets
·  Support and new customer acquisition of the assigned customer portfolio in all "Sales Managed" segments with a focus on MICE
·  Management of the assigned customer portfolio
·  Independent organization of sales trips and trade fair visits
·  Constant monitoring of the market and competition
·  Co-responsibility for all promotional activities for the assigned area
·  Co-responsibility for smooth processes in the department and in the team

 

Apart from your passion for the hotel industry and your team spirit, you bring the following to the table:

·  Adequate tourism training and several years of experience
·  a strategic and forward-looking way of working, as well as strong analytical skills to identify and respond to competitive trends
·  Goal-oriented way of working
·  Excellent time management and adherence to clear deadlines
·  Communication and negotiation skills
·  Self-confident and well-groomed appearance
·  You are flexible and open to new challenges
·  You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
·  High level of customer orientation and willingness to provide service
·  You want to take on responsibility in the corresponding area of responsibility and show motivation and high self-motivation
