What You’ll Do:

·  Drive New Business : Analyze market trends and competitor insights to attract new corporate clients.
·  Engage & Negotiate : Build strong client relationships, tailoring room rates and packages to suit their needs.
·  Strategize Creatively : Design and implement innovative local marketing strategies, including social media engagement.
·  Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with other departments to ensure an unforgettable guest experience.
·  Exceed Standards : Produce accurate, timely reports for senior management, tracking appointments, calls, and leads.

What We’re Looking For:

·  A proactive, positive communicator with a commitment to high-level customer service.
·  Strong background in corporate sales, ideally within the hospitality industry (Hilton experience is a plus!)
·  Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
·  Bilingual proficiency in Czech and English;
