Our hotel is an exclusive focus service hotel located in the city center of Mbabane on the Mhlambanyatsi Road. We’re in the Central Business District, steps away from the government interministerial building. We are a 4-star hotel. About the Job:

A Sales Executive makes sure that all of the business' needs for profit turning are met .Also analyzes reports and customer surveys; prepares budgets and forecasts for the coming year or quarter, and determines the prices of goods sold.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media

·       Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

·       Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

·       Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

·       Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

·       Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

·       Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objection.

Qualifications & Attributes:

·       University Degree in Marketing, or equivalent is preferred.

·       Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

·       Excellent knowledge of MS Office

·       Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

·       Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
