Position Statement:

The Revenue Assurance Team Lead plays a pivotal role in leading a team of Finance professionals responsible for Revenue Assurance services across the MEA region. As a key member of the Centre of Excellence (COE), the Team Lead is acting as a bridge between strategic initiatives and daily operations, ensures operational excellence, people development, and the successful delivery of finance projects. This role has direct responsibility for a Supervisors and overall oversight of a team of approximately 25, acting as the primary link between day-to-day operations and strategic finance goals.
The role requires strong leadership, financial expertise, and end-to-end project management capabilities.

 

             

Position Summary:

·       Support the finance project lead in revenue and credit card-related initiatives, contributing to automation, system improvements, and process redesigns

·       Ensure projects are delivered on time, with clear documentation, strong stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes.

·       Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, or tracking tools to monitor project metrics and operational KPIs.

·       Identify process inefficiencies and system gaps; champion improvements by leveraging data, automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate), and insights from the team.

·       Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (COE, hotel teams, IT, and corporate) to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

·       Lead and manage a team of Revenue Assurance Supervisors with overall oversight of a team of ~25 professionals.

·       Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on revenue accounting and credit cards reconciliation processes including daily audits, tax reconciliation, revenue movement.

·       Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

·       Support change management and knowledge transfer related to new tools, workflows, and standard operating procedures.

Required Qualifications

·       Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

·       Experience: minimum of 8 years in finance or shared services, including at least 2 years of experience in a team management or team leadership position.

·       Technical Knowledge : a command of PMS, POS and ERP systems (OnQ/OA , Micros, Agilysys and Navision), and data tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate).

·       Fluent English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience in hospitality finance, centralised finance teams, or cross-border operations.

·       Exposure to project delivery, transitions, or process centralization in a finance context.
