As Reservations Agent/Executive, you will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of individual reservations, driving sales leads and increasing conversions. The Reservations Executive will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
Position Summary:
· Receive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
· Processing any Admin related to incoming reservations e.g. Deposits, No Shows, Correspondence.
· Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team.
· Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach to Room Types and additional services within the hotel e.g. Dinner Reservations, Spa.
· Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs.
· Promoting Hilton Honors Enrollments.
· Arrange and carry out Accommodation related show-arounds. (if required)
· Display a high level of admin skills, IT systems knowledge and guest communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Have a sound administration background with basic skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
· Have good organisational skills.
