Finance Shared Services (Japan) is a team responsible for centralized management of Hilton Group’s accounting operations within Japan.
We are looking for a new team member for PTP (Process To Payment) team based in Tokyo. We welcome applications from experienced accountants as well as those with no experience in the profession or industry.
What will I be doing?
As the PTP (Process To Payment) Coordinator, Finance Shared Services (Tokyo), you will be responsible for performing one of the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Timely processing of invoice matching including handling non-Purchase order invoices.
· Follow up on pending or overdue invoices.
· Plan and process payment runs
· Participate in end of month close activities and support the hotels in the timely delivery of financial reports
· Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations (BSR) and follow up on open item or process adjustments
· Provide a timely and responsive service to both internal and external customers in an efficient and professional manner.
· Assist with internal and external audit requests and requirements

As the PTP (Proceed To Payment) Coordinator, Finance Shared Service\ (Tokyo\), serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:
· At least 2 years of accounting experience, administrative experience OR hotel working experience (e.g., front desk, restaurant).
· Basic PC skills.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (able to do simple calculations).
· Proficient in Japanese (able to converse without issues during work and understand emails and documents without a dictionary).
· Basic in English (able to comprehend English emails and understand English within systems).
· Have Nissho Bookkeeping Grade 3 or equivalent knowledge.
