The Hilton Orlando , located off of International Drive near the Orange County Convention Center, is searching for a talented Pre-Arrival Coordinator to join the team!
Shift Pattern: Full availability is required including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Pay Rate: $20.22 per hour
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic professional with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior front desk and hotel experience is preferred.

What will I be doing?
As a Pre-Arrival Coordinator, you would be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, to include overseeing all group arrivals/pre-assigned groups, managing room inventory, ensuring all guest accommodation requests are met, and responding to guest inquiries in the hotel’s continuing effort to delivery outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Organize and oversee group arrivals to ensure group satisfaction

Oversee room count inventory and availability
·
Ensure daily room assignment of VIP guests and guests with special accommodation requests
·
Assist Front Desk daily operations, to include processing hotel check-ins, hotel checkouts, and answering/dispatching telephone calls
·
Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
·
Respond to guest inquiries in-person, email, and telephone in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
·
Ensure a high level of Front Desk systems knowledge
·
Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions
·
Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
·
Coordinate department projects, as needed
